‘Andarta mission’
A concept for more tactical, low-paced realism.

1st Airborne vs 2 Panzer Division

Rules:
No foxholes or trenches!
No lone wolves, no death squads!
That’s it.
During preparation, in the group dm, you will only learn your division and loadout. Divisions will be taken from Andarta and slightly adapted for the purpose of a low-paced event with fewer waves. (Recommendation: assign tasks, roles, and a rough formation for your platoon and the squads already, e.g. lead squad, weapon squad, assault squads, scouts etc.; assign runners too in order to keep good coordination intact).
The number of respawn waves will be given in group DMs.
Both teams will learn the map to be played and their mission immediately before the game begins.
We are playing on an open map, no sectors, no objectives - only a mission. Missions for the two factions may differ slightly.
This game type intends to foster tactical behavior and by this create deeper immersion.
The team with the better recon and better team cohesion will have a great advantage.
