Dungeon Master 2 Speedrun [no saves, under 20min]

Wanted to finally make a speedrun of this game in under 20 minutes and without mid game saving. In this run there's a few bigger slip ups near the end but overall this run had pretty great rng and I was lucky not to die in the final battle. A better player with faster and more accurate movements could obviously improve the time for minutes but apart from the boosting of priest and ninja levels I think my strategy was good and didn't require unreasonable amounts of good rng.

A few notes:
I chose Bane because he does probably the most damage with vorax and has very good health + stamina potential. Cletus or Uggo would be more durable against the minions but less stamina.
For some reason the sound effects don't work with my game version but I got used to it and didn't try to fix it. The sounds would be helpful against the minions and in the final battle though.
Using the darkness spell with Numen staff was an accident, luckily it didn't stay for too long.
The reason why I set up the guard minions before entering the boss area was to try stop enemy minions coming to the final battle from the castle. Not sure if it's really a problem but it seemed to work.
