Recipe: Beet Juice
1 cucumber
2 large purple carrots
¼ cup ground flax
3 small beets
½ cup coconut water
A dash of sea salt
Chop the veggies.
Put the first two ingredients into the juicer.
Juice the beets and pour into the container.
Add coconut water and a dash of sea salt.
And it's ready!
