Big Relief | Higher Time Scale with Full Allowances | Finance Division Notification 2026
The Government of Pakistan, Finance Division, has released a latest Office Memorandum regarding Special Dispensation Policy 2023 for federal employees BPS-1 to BPS-15.
According to this notification, employees awarded a Higher Time Scale will now be entitled to draw all allowances sanctioned for that higher scale instead of the substantive pay scale. This decision will be effective from 1st July 2025.
