Join me on an adventure where we discover a whole world beneath the surface of this simple command. While navigating an underground maze and uncovering an ancient POM archive, we’ll learn more about how Maven works.

This session is for developers who would like to understand how Maven works, instead of just running the commands. We’ll dive into the creation of the effective POM, the workings of lifecycles, and how Maven resolves the correct (transitive) dependencies.
