in this guide I show you have to unlock the "No Time To Lose" achievement. To do this you need to complete the CCTV sequence in under 4 minutes on the "Prison Break" mission! A perfect run will be around 3 minutes and 40 seconds. Shooting is faster than a melee kill, so shoot enemies where you can to save time! Follow my route and you should get this in a couple of runs!
