The ham and cheese sandwich debacle shows that convenience store chain KK Mart must review and step up its procurement procedures, said a PKR lawmaker.
Petaling Jaya MP Lee Chean Chung said it was not enough for KK Mart to pass the buck to the supplier.
"KK Mart must review its procurement mechanisms, including setting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and announce it to the public," he said.
