Stuffed Peppers- How to make Stuffed Bell Peppers - The Hillbilly Kitchen

Ingredients:

6 - Green bell peppers
2 lbs. - Ground beef (any grade)
1 - Good size chopped onion
3 - Cups of water
1 1/2 Cups - Long grain rice
2 - Tablespoons of real butter
17 ounces - Tomato soup
2 to 3 cups - Shredded cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper
