Avant de créer Roadloft, les fondateurs Laurence et Samuel ont parcouru l'Amérique du Nord en vivant trois ans à bord de leur minivan modifiée. L'expérience sur la route leur a appris ce qui compte pour la conception et la fabrication. Ils fondent ensuite Roadloft en 2018. Désormais, l’entreprise tient une équipe entière de recherche et développement et une usine ultramoderne qui allie les meilleures pratiques de fabrication.

Fait de bois de peuplier, 30% plus léger que le contreplaqué de merisier, le design Roadloft permet l’aération du bois et du matelas, permettant l’évacuation de l’humidité.

Les pièces des kits Roadloft passent jusqu’à 6 fois dans notre chaîne de sablage et vernissage. Nos kits sont faits de bois certifié FSC et PEFC et sont protégés par un vernis écologique sans émanations toxiques. Nos ensembles de conversion respirent.

Chez Roadloft, chaque détail est réfléchi au millimètre près, afin de réduire les manipulations et d’accéder facilement aux nombreux rangements.


ABOUT ROADLOFT
Before creating Roadloft, the founders Laurence and Samuel traveled all across North America for 3 years while living in their modified minivan. From their experience on the road, they learned what is the most important for the conception and fabrication of their conversion kits. They then created Roadloft in 2018. Today, the company has an entire research and development team and an ultramodern workshop that allies the best manufacturing practices.

Made of poplar wood, 30% lighter than cherry plywood, the Roadloft design allows ventilation of the wood and mattress, allowing moisture to escape.

Every piece of the Roadloft kits is sanded and varnished six times with an eco-friendly varnish that has no toxic emissions. The wood is also certified FSC and PEFC. Our kits breathe.

At Roadloft, every detail is thought through to the millimetre, in order to reduce manipulations and easily access the numerous storage spaces.
