¼ cup sushi vinegar
3 tbsp sugar (white)
1 tsp salt

Sushi Variations
Chicken Teriyaki
2 chicken thigh (pcs)
¾ cup teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp sesame seeds

Avocado and Cucumber
1 avocado (diced)
1 cucumber (diced)

Tuna and Nori
1 tuna (tin)
nori (garnish)
