There are several ways to bend wood with heat. This is a quick reference for how to accomplish this task for a deflexed grip. It could certainly be emulated to accomplish any number of bending operations no matter where they lay within the bow’s design - reflex, recurve, etc. with this method there is no maneuvering the bow into a jig or trying to keep all the parts from slipping while clamping the bow in place since that part will already be done before the bending operation. Additionally, it easier to keep everything lined up and your bends lined up with the remainder of the limbs. Enjoy!
