Marine diatoms are a common problem in a marine aquarium common solutions are:
Check your lighting is the correct bulb, brightness and on the correct amount of time.
Nutrients are an issue with marine diatoms and brown algae. silica and silicates are the most problematic but also nitrates and phosphates will feed marine diatoms and brown algae. Reduce feeding and livestock if necessary.

Add sponges as these may soak up excess silicates to starve the marine diatoms and brown algae.
Add a cleanup crew such as banded Trochus and Astrea snails that eat marine diatoms and brown algae.
Wait for your cycle to finish as usually marine diatoms and brown algae are caused by your aquarium not being fully matured.
