Hoo Hoo!
Its a bit of a sleeper powder day! The snow stake only said 9 cm or so, but the trees harboured loads more!
Follow along on a blue bird powder day morning on Whistler Mountain!
I start the day doing some warm up laps through Rat Fink under the Peak to Peak tram line whilst waiting for the alpine lifts to open.
Once Peak Chair cracked, it was straight to Khyber's for some spirited tree riding!
Khyber's did not disappoint- as there was heaps of powder that had collected among the woods. As per usual, there was no one around, and I pretty much had the forest to myself.
I was lucky enough to get two laps through Khyber Pass before I had to book it in to work for the afternoon and sell snowboards to the people.
I'm riding my trusty Lib Tech Orca- my favourite all mountain board for these conditions, along side my Yes Drive bindings and K2 Evasion boots.
