Watchmaker in Lockdown Restores Seiko and His Hair!

Which will turn out better? The watch or the haircut!? I have been in lockdown for a couple months and whilst the work in restoring vintage Seiko watches goes on something had to be done about my hair which has gone totally wild. In this video I deal with the compare the risks inherent in restoring anything when you have the tools but not necessarily any experience or skill.

The watch is a very beautiful, elegant and simple hand wound Seiko Sea Lion from the 1960s. Complete with the Seiko 6600 movement I do a complete reassembly of this watch whilst also having to let my only too eager wife set the clippers on my hair.

There is risk in both these operations so watch this and please let me know in the comments which turned out better.
