Описание: Lituya Bay is a beautiful inlet on the west coast of SouthEast Alaska which has a history of catastrophic waves the highest of which reached a record height of 1,720 ft. The bar at the entrance into this bay has claimed more than 100 lives in recorded history. This video describes these events and a visit made to the bay in June 2013 in Fleming 65, Venture.
