Easy Mexican rice recipe-    • Видео  

Instant pot cook setting “rice”
1 cup long-grain rice
1 cup water or broth of choice
1 tbs bouillon of choice (knorr chicken bouillon)
1/2 chopped white or yellow onion
1 can tomato sauce (8oz)
1 tbs oil (canola)
Small bunch of cilantro
-optional add veggies of choice

Cook time: 15 to 20 minutes
Stovetop rice- 6:44
1 cup long-grain rice
1 3/4 cups broth of choice or 1 3/4 cups water
1/2 chopped white or yellow onion
1 tbs bouillon of choice (knorr chicken bouillon)
1 large ripe tomato or 2 Roma tomatoes
1 tbs oil (canola)
Small bunch cilantro
-optional add veggies of choice

For best flavor
Combine 1 tomato and 4oz of tomato sauce
Use broth of choice + bouillon
Peas, carrots, corn, or mixed veggies work well with this recipe
