One of the cook sushi roll that is so simple to do with just kani imitation crab sticks, cucumber and of course the usual sushi ingredients: rice, sushi vinegar, nori, etc. This snow sushi roll is best served cold, and hence its appearance: swirling snow crab on top of black nori - soil and green cucumber - plants and stuffs. It resembles the snowy day with ground covering white layer on top. I would add some sriracha to enhance the flavor, but adjust it to your spice tolerant.
Ingredient - for 2 rolls:
1 1/2 cup rice
2 sheets nori (tear to 3/4)
3 Tbsps sushi vinegar (or 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar + 1 tsp sugar + 1/4 tsp salt)
8 kani sticks
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
drops of sriracha (optional)
1 mini dill/cucumber
