Gray Hair Reversal Success Stories with Spermidine

Описание: Hello! In this video, I go over a few gray hair reversal (and hair loss reversal) success stories and how these individuals used supplemental food-derived spermidine to do so. Because this was an unexpected side effect to supplementation with Primeadine spermidine, I discuss why this might have happened, in particular, the possibility of spermidine up regulating the body's endogenous or own production of the antioxidants catalase and Super Oxide Dismutase (SOD). These two molecules normally convert hydrogen peroxide in the body into harmless water. Hydrogen peroxide is produced in the body in response to elevated adrenaline or due to infection (hydrogen peroxide is one of the body's mechanisms to defend against pathogens). This also prevents hydrogen peroxide from bleaching hair from the inside out. This hypothesis is based on studies in plants which show spermidine does increase production of catalase and SOD. People are obviously not plants, but this would be an interesting study for someone to conduct and seems at least plausible that it might also be the case in mammals. Since SOD and catalase are very difficult to supplement with, spermidine might be a novel way to up regulate these two anti-oxidants and explain why the people in these photos have had such good results.
