I contacted Ethan after seeing a post talking about him being one of the newest apprentices at the University, and his reasons for choosing an apprenticeship over full time study for a degree. I am really pleased that he has agreed to come on and chat.
We will chat about how work experience helped Ethan decide on an apprenticeship, and how he finds the balance of work and study.
