In this opening session, Introduction to Life Mastery and the Self-Actualized Life, we explore what it truly means to live a life of mastery—one that integrates spirituality, mental and emotional health, physical wellbeing, meaningful work, relationships, and service to the world.
Drawing from Anahat Meditation, A Course in Miracles, Zen and contemplative traditions, yogic philosophy, and modern transformational psychology, this session goes beyond relaxation or mindset work. It offers a grounded, integrative path for those who wish to mature spiritually while fully engaging in the world.
The class also includes guided contemplative reflection and sets the tone for future sessions, which will unfold over time in alignment with inner development, seasonal cycles, and upcoming retreats in the Adirondacks.
This series is well suited for seekers, practitioners, therapists, healers, coaches, and spiritually-oriented individuals who desire a sincere, ongoing practice that supports both awakening and embodiment.
