Описание: Owlcat just announced today at the Xbox Partner Preview March 2026 the first closed beta of The Expanse Osiris Reborn, developed in Unreal Engine 5. This new footage has been provided by Owlcat and edited by us. The closed beta will give players a feel for the game’s combat, movement in the zero-g environment, and dealing with life and death on a remote space station. Additionally, Owlcat Games also revealed that the game will be part of Xbox Game Pass from Day 1 upon its release in spring 2027. This new upcoming single player space RPG will remind you of Mass Effect and the upcoming Exodus!

Description:

The Expanse: Osiris Reborn is a third-person Action RPG set in The Expanse universe. You’re no hero, just a merc caught in the wrong place at the wrong time, trying to hold your crew together and keep the ship up and running. Your choices will shape your story.

Gameplay Features:

Tactical Combat: The gameplay features cover-based third-person shooting. You lead a three-person squad (yourself and two companions) and can issue real-time commands and use specialized abilities called "Exploits" to gain the upper hand.

Exploration: The game offers a semi-open world experience where you can pilot your ship to iconic locations, including the slums of Ceres, the greenhouses of Ganymede, and the political hubs of Mars and Luna.

Companions: True to Owlcat’s reputation, the game emphasizes deep relationships. Your crew members have their own loyalties, scars, and personal side quests that can alter the course of the story.

Release Date and Platforms:

The closed beta will be available April 22, 2026 on Xbox, Steam and PS5 to everyone who purchases the Collector's Edition or Miller's Pack in the official website.

The game is coming Spring 2027 to PS5, Xbox and PC and will launch on Xbox Game Pass Day One.
