This channel is about my real life living with Undifferentiated Connective Tissue Disease (UCTD), interstitial lung disease, chronic pain, and the invisible battles that don’t always show on the outside. I spent years being told I was fine while my body was quietly falling apart. This is where I tell my story — one breath at a time — so others who are struggling don’t have to feel so alone.
