-boss_health_scaling = 300 (Extra Health Each BOSS enemy Has)
-boss_posture_scaling = 45 (Extra Posture all enemy's have)

The Extra Stats for the enemies is to make sure that we still get the Elden Ring level of difficulty even with the Mod.
