El-Farouk will be talking about "Embracing Queerness from a Muslim Perspective". Imam El-Farouk Khaki is a human rights advocate and refugee lawyer, based in Toronto. He is the founder of Salaam: Queer Muslim Community and the imam and co-founder of El-Tawhid Juma Circle, with his husband Troy Jackson. You'll be invited to light a candle with us during the service, so you may wish to get one ready now. The order of service is below.
