Today I'm walking the Shaggy Mane trail in Langley, British Columbia - an 11km woodland loop popular with walkers, horse riders and outdoor enthusiasts.
This is a POV walking vlog and along the way I talk about walking for fitness, including:
How far should you walk
How often to walk
Setting realistic goals
Pace, Time and Consistency
I also have 4 separate encounters with horse riders, which adds to the unique feel of this peaceful BC trail.
At the end of the walk I break down the total time and average pace so you can compare it to your own walking routine.
If you're over 50, enjoy the outdoors and use walking as a way to stay fit and active, this ones for you.
