Under the vision of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, a grand collective marriage ceremony was organized in District Narowal under the Dhee Rani Program.
The ceremony was attended by Federal Minister for Planning & Development Professor Ahsan Iqbal Chaudhry, Provincial Minister for Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Mal Punjab Sohail Shaukat Butt, and Chairman Punjab Bait-ul-Mal Khawaja Muhammad Waseem Butt.
During the event, 101 newlywed couples were provided with PKR 200,000 each through ATM cards as financial assistance under the Dhee Rani Program. The speakers termed the initiative as a historic, people-friendly welfare program for daughters of all religions.
ATM cards were distributed among the couples, followed by a collective prayer for a happy and prosperous married life.
