This is a 30 minute recovery stretch practice. Part 12 of the Rise & Stretch Series. This class focuses on light movement and supported stretches to help you recover from more intense days. A well rounded full body stretch to support healthy range of motion. Targeting key areas like the hips, shoulders, spine and legs with a mix of light movement and supported stretches. It's low effort but effective, suitable for rest days or whenever your body needs a reset.
