Dota 2 - Starting Guide for Beginners

Описание: Dota 2 is a team-based MOBA that originally began as a custom map mod for Warcraft 3. Today, it is one of the biggest MOBAs around and an incredibly fun one at that. Between being free and offering hundreds of hours of gameplay, it's no wonder that it's become as big of an entity that it is today. With that in mind though, it's certainly no easy game to learn. The aim of this video is to go into all of the various things you should know as a new player starting Dota 2.

Just to give you a brief idea, we'll be touching on a few main points in this video including:

Differences in Heros (Strength/Agility/Intellect) and who to pick when you're starting out.

The game UI, a map explanation, runes, camera usage, and items.

Building your character appropriately and item progression.

Last Hitting/Vision/Lane Mechanics

Phases (Laning, Ganking, Pushing)

Teamplay

All recordings are on Xbox 360 using a Hauppauge HD PVR 2 Gaming Edition or using Xsplit on a custom gaming PC built by Cowboy himself.
