Noor Riyadh, the festival of lights, inaugurated on Thursday, March 18, 2021, in the midst of the global pandemic. The festival isn't at one central location, however, at 16 different locations allowing people to feel the festivity all around the city.
All the places have different pieces of art and exhibitions in place. COVID-19 SOPs are strictly followed in all places.
