🔹 Ingredients 🔹
✔ Butter (softened) – 100 g
✔ Sugar – 60 g
✔ Egg – 1
✔ Salt – 1/4 tsp
✔ Cornstarch – 30 g
✔ Neutral vegetable oil – 50 ml
✔ Vanilla sugar – to taste
✔ Wheat flour – 350 g
✔ Baking powder – 1 tbsp
🔹 For dipping the cookies:
✔ Jam + a little water – 250 ml (I used cherry jam)
✔ Coconut flakes – 80 g
✔ Extra love and good vibes (essential 💖)
Baking Instructions
Bake at 170°C (338°F) for 15–20 minutes on average.
