3 cups plain flour
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
1/3 cup orange juice
3 tbsp vinegar
5 tbsp cacao powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
