Today I did a treadmill walking challenge I saw online.
If you want to do the full workout, follow the following:
10min warm up walk
5 x 5mins on 10% incline and 3.5% speed
5 x 3mins on 5% incline and 3% speed
(Interchange the two until you are done).
Finish up with another 10min walk cool down at your preferred speed
