The Pointe de Bellevue is a mountain in the Chablais Alps, overlooking Monthey in Valais. It is located in the northern foothills, which are separated from the Dents du Midi by the Val d'Illiez and Pas de Morgins.
It is an amazing day hike to enjoy the fresh mountain air without going out too far from the nearby Montreux, Vevey, Lausanne regions.
If you are a photographer and want to go out to a breath taking location quickly or want to make some experiment with night photography, this is probably the most accessible and acquitted region nearby.
