29 Miles from Sea to Summit | Running a Ben Nevis ULTRA MARATHON

Описание: I'm not an ultra marathon runner, i'm not very good over long distances, it's tough, it hurts. Now imagine doing an Ultra Marathon over the country's highest Mountain Ben Nevis.... I dont need to imagine... Ive done it!
This challenging new event is equivalent to running a half marathon, then immediately going up and down Ben Nevis, then add another 10k and youre about there. A whopping 29 miles later and youll cross the finish line.
A brand new Ultra marathon event for the UK - Ratrace Sea to Summit Ben Nevis. This is the first in a new trilogy of ultra marathon events tackling the highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales....but this isnt the easy peasy 3 peaks challenge, this is a Ultra marathon from sea to summit at each Mountain.

This is a fully narrated run through of the event from start to end with review.
