🥔 Potato – 200°C for 70 mins (foil-wrapped, no need to peel)
🥦 Broccoli – 3 mins in the microwave, splash of water, done
🐟 Fish fillet – 160°C for 15 mins, season in bulk with yogurt, more protein less calories, less mess.
That’s it.
Minimal cleanup, maximum nutrition for health and for weight loss.
