"MAY IT BE DONE TO ME ACCORDING TO YOUR WORD"

The official hymn of the 34th World Youth Day 2019 - inspired by characteristic Panamanian rhythms and the official slogan chosen by the Holy Father "Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord, let it be done to me according to your word" (Lk 1:38). This was presented before thousands of youth and adults, both lay and clergy, who attended the ATLAPA Convention Center for the Pan y Vino (Bread and Wine) dinner, the main fundraising event of the San José Major Seminary. 

This worship song, which will be sung and heard in the five continents of the world, was written and composed by Abdiel Jiménez. Jiménez is a catechist and psalmist from the Cristo Resucitado parish in San Miguelito, author of several liturgical pieces, member of various choirs, and graduate from the School of Religious Sciences of La Universidad Católica Santa Maria La Antigua.
