Easy Gluten-Free Scones Recipe with King Arthur Gluten-Free Flour

This simple gluten-free scone recipe is a great base recipe. You can add any dried fruit or other flavorings you want. Or leave them plain and make your own topping. My favorite addition is simply honey on top.
What You Need for This Recipe:
Food Processor
Cutting Board
Knife
Measuring Cups
Dough Cutter (optional, you can use a knife)
Baking sheet
Ingredients:
1 ¾ cups King Arthur gluten-free flour
2 ½ teaspoons aluminum-free, gluten-free, double-acting baking powder
¼ cup sugar
½ teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons cold butter, cut into pieces
2 eggs
⅓ cup heavy whipping cream
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Tip: Make sure all your ingredients are gluten-free. Many baking powders have gluten in them and that is why I buy Rumford. Double-check all labels before baking.
