the lemon law along with the mag moss warranty act are 2 of the most powerful consumer protection laws available. These laws force car manufacturers to honor their warranties and provide relief for consumers who cannot find relief.

If you purchased a new vehicle and it is experiences any problems or issues that the dealer cannot repair then you may be eligible for a replacement vehicle or a full refund.

Under the lemon law if you purchased a new vehicle and it has been in for repair 4 or more times or it has been out of service for more than 30 days for the same problem and the dealer cannot repair or fix the issue, then your car is a lemon and we can force the manufacturer to buy it back!

Both the lemon law and mag moss warranty act provide fee shifting statutes. This basically means the manufacturer and dealer pay my legal fees and costs. You will never pay any out of pocket legal fees or expenses when you retain my firm for a lemon law case!
