This video shows a small water spraying type drum cooler which is a very normal device matched for kiln calcining working scene.
During calcining and roasting process, cooling machine is a necessary equipment to reduce final products' temperature. Whole cooling machine contains feeding hopper, water inlet port, outer shell, inner cooling drum, exhaust gas port, integrated frame and control part.
Material will exchange heat with air and water film from outer drum so that to realize temperature dropping aim. Drum frequency can be adjusted according to needs. It is regarded as a very efficient cooling device.
