Ingredients:
For Bhaja Masala:
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
2 green cardamom
For Jhalmuri:
2 cups roasted puffed rice, Murmure/Muri
1/2 cup Chana Jor Garam
2-3 tbsp Sev
1/2 cup boiled white peas, Safed Matar/ Vatana
1/2 cup boiled black chickpeas, Kala Chana
1 small potato, boiled and chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, deseeded and chopped
2-3 green chili, chopped
Salt to taste
1 tsp Bhaja Masala
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp mustard oil
1 tbsp oil from mango pickle
1 tbsp fresh coconut, chopped
Coriander leaves for garnish

Method:
1. Bhaja Masala: Dry roast all four ingredients with a pinch of salt, for about 1-2 minutes. Let it cool and then grind to a fine powder.
2. Dry roast Muri or Murmure for about 5-7 minutes on low heats. Let it cool down. Muri should become crisp and crunchy.
3. Assembly of Jhalmuri: Mix everything together in a big mixing bowl; adding wet ingredients at last. Serve immediately.
