A friend told me about some historic ruins hidden somewhere in St. Thomas, Jamaica — but when I checked my map, nothing was listed. I searched online, checked different sources, and still found no record of this structure. No documentation. No official history. Nothing.
So I decided to go and find it myself.
In this episode, I travel into Morant, St. Thomas, in search of an undocumented historic ruin that few people even know exists. Along the way, we explore the landscape, the coastal environment, and the forgotten corners of a parish that carries deep historical roots.
Not every piece of Jamaica’s history made it into the books. Some structures were abandoned, overgrown, and left behind — but they still stand as silent witnesses to the past.
