How Stable Is The Hobie Lynx Kayak? I try walking around to explore the stability at various spots.

Описание: I love my Hobie Lynx kayak so much, and people are always asking me to do a video where I walk around on the kayak and show balancing on more than just the center middle.

I’m not sure why every time I post a video about how comfortable I am standing and even jumping on my Hobie Lynx someone comments, ‘great but can you do that on the nose tail or sides?’. I feel like why would I ever need to stand on the side when the middle is so nice and comfy, but we had time at the boat show with the Strictly Sail & Kayak demo pool so I gave it a try.

What I learned is that my balance is the problem and the Hobie Lynx is perfect! 🤣 I was shaky stepping around the pedals to get to the nose and over the seat to get to the tail… not because I thought the boat would tip but because I’m over 50 and not as graceful as I once was! 😎 But once I got there it was just as stable as standing in the normal place by the seat.

Just for formal stats and comparison, I am currently 130 pounds (down from my peak at 220 after thyroid radiation, whoo hoo!).
