As a winter storm moves into central Indiana, city leaders are urging residents to prepare and avoid unnecessary travel.
Mayor Joe Hogsett said the storm will challenge both residents and city crews, but Indianapolis is ready. The city’s Department of Public Works will staff crews around the clock, working rotating 12-hour shifts throughout the weekend.
