Iran Is Getting Ready for Radiation. Here's What Happens Next.

Описание: Iran's state media has released an eight-minute film on how to survive a nuclear explosion. This week, one official told The Times of London that iodine tablets are being handed out near Iran's nuclear sites. Those tablets protect against one thing: radioactive iodine, which comes from a nuclear reactor or a nuclear explosion. There is no reactor at Natanz.

This is the whole war, from the first morning to this week: the strikes, the leader nobody sees, the Strait of Hormuz, the mountain the American president says he can take out "in ten minutes", the nuclear option, the uranium no inspector has seen in more than 500 days, and the five ways this could go next.

What's real and what's reconstructed
Real: Copernicus Sentinel-2 satellite imagery; US government film of the 1962 Sedan and 1957 Plumbbob nuclear tests (US Department of Energy / NNSA, National Archives); US Air Force footage of an F-35A releasing an inert B61-12 test unit at Tonopah Test Range, Nevada, 2021 (DVIDS); a GBU-57 test (US Department of Defense); the 1970 Baneberry photograph (NNSA Nevada Site Office); US military and government photographs.
Reconstructions and illustrations (labelled on screen): the blister pack, the night city scan, the mountain cutaways and depth graphics.

The iodine report rests on one unnamed official quoted by The Times of London; no Iranian outlet has confirmed it, and the official named no site. Figures are dated where they appear.
