A discussion dedicated to gender dynamics in the European film industry, with a specific focus on Romania.
A conversation that includes professionals from different sectors of the cinematic ecosystem, in an attempt to assess, analyze and discuss the past, present, and future situation.
Guests: Ada Solomon, a Romanian producer responsible for more than 60 titles, such as " Babardeală cu bucluc sau porno balamuc / Bad Luck Banging or Loony Porn " (Radu Jude, 2021, Golden Bear Berlin); Irina Trocan, journalist, film critic, and professor at the National University of Theater and Cinema in Bucharest; and Corina Burlacu, creative producer, founder of EASTWARDS and programmer for the Spotlight Festival.
The discussion will be moderated by the journalist Teresa Vieira.
