With a career spanning over three decades, Dailey has served in various leadership positions across multiple infantry divisions, earning accolades such as the Bronze Star with Valor for his exceptional leadership during the Battle for Sadr City in 2008. A graduate of the US Army Sergeants Major Academy and Excelsior College, Dailey's commitment to service and dedication to excellence continue to inspire others within and beyond the military community.
