Greg Lynn, a 59-year-old former Jetstar pilot, will face a new trial for the murder of Victorian camper Carol Clay after the Court of Appeal overturned his conviction. The court ruled Lynn suffered a substantial miscarriage of justice, despite him serving a 32-year sentence for Clay's murder. Lynn remains in custody awaiting the retrial.
