Описание:
London's second colour-coded route-branded bus experiment which features 12 bus routes, most of which pass through the Hayes in (Middlesex) west London.
(NOT Hayes Kent / south-east London)
The bus routes involved are:
90, 140, 195, 350, 427, 607, A10, E6, H98, U4, U5 and U7
It required multiple visits to film everything I needed, partly to see the routes that do not serve Hayes town centre but also because in 2018 I filmed a fully route-branded bus on route H98 but I was not happy with my views and wanted to get better ones. In the end this proved impossible - because the buses have had most of their branding removed! I determined this by seeking what in 2018 was a fully branded bus (SN60 EAX) and seeing that it is now only partly branded!
Filming locations:
Hayes town centre, Hayes & Harlington railway station, Hayes (The Grapes), Uxbridge, Stockley Park, Yiewsley / West Drayton / Grand Union Canal, Hanwell, GWR Ironbridge over the A4020 Uxbridge Road, Shepherds Bush and Cowley (Station Road).
(I think this is all of them!)
(For those who do not know, Cowley is not far from Uxbridge and until WW2 the former station was served by some of the GWR trains that ran over Metropolitan Railway tracks between Paddington and Liverpool St / Aldgate stations)
