Australian Homestead Meals | Creamy Garlic Pork | GAPS Almond Chocolate Brownie | Feed a Crowd

Описание: Finally, some spring rain is hitting the homestead! Filling water tanks and nourishing the garden. We get the farm chores done and head in out of the rain to create a satisfying hot lunch for the crew using our pastured pork. And who can resist a grain-free brownie for afternoon tea? Spend a little time in the kitchen with me and let's get things done.

This is the simplest melt and mix recipe. Stir together 2/3 cup honey, 1/2 cup melted butter or coconut oil, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, 3 eggs, 1 cup almond flour, 1/2 cup cocoa (I used raw cacao), 1/4 tsp. baking soda and 1/4 tsp. sea salt. Bake at 180c for around 25 minutes until just set. Delicious with a hot cuppa and topped with whipped maple cream.
