first 90 seconds are from January 2024 and the rest is from August 2024.
I no longer have a key to the gym I used to train at, so I spent all of August only training on trampoline. Ever since I moved, I live 90 minutes from the gym so I didn't go very often, but it was still very nice to go every 4-6 weeks. I definitely miss going 2-3 times a week lol
Since I no longer have a gym to train at I finally bought some mats for my house, they are really small but its all I could afford at the time. I figured since I have these mats I probably wont be on the trampoline very much, so ended the video here. The goal is to buy a couple more mats (its currently only a 10 ft. x 10 ft. area, 20x10 would be ideal) and make a spring floor. Been trying to make this happen for 2 years now haha. Very happy that I finally got the first step done, and am grateful that I have somewhere I can trick all year long now
